Is the Tatcha cream worth it?
Tatcha's Dewy Skin Cream is, without a doubt, the most beautiful moisturizer I've ever used. The price is somewhat high, but it is well worth it. It keeps my skin hydrated and dewy all day. If you have dry skin or are unsure, give it a try; you will not be disappointed.
Tatcha's Essence is made with anti-aging Japanese superfoods, so your skin is left feeling cared for and radiant. The skin softener resurfaces, softens, and plumps. It does exactly what the name says and will help with cell turnover to leave your face feeling new.
Built on Japanese skincare traditions and helmed by hydration, Tatcha products deliver unparalleled dewiness. InStyle editors and celebrities — including Meghan Markle, Kate Middleton, and Selena Gomez — are fans of the brand, as is Kim Kardashian, who's partial to its Luminous Dewy Skin Mist.
This rich face cream contains Japanese purple rice, a strong antioxidant to help protect skin from the harsh environment, as well as stress and UV damage. (No, it doesn't replace your sunscreen!) It also contains an Okinawa Algae blend, as well as hyaluronic acid, which helps lock in hydration and replenish ceramides.
Tatcha The Rice Polish ($54 with code, originally $68)
Meghan Markle is a longtime fan of this water-activated exfoliant.
TATCHA is a luxury skincare brand that's been getting increasingly popular, and with good reason. Its products are gentle yet effective and designed with all skin types in mind.
Retinol. Along with sunscreen, retinoids like retinol are the skin-care ingredients that have the best actual evidence for antiaging benefits. All retinoids are forms of vitamin A that occur naturally.

The cultural, classic pattern of maple leaves and cherry blossoms represents the beauty and fragility of life that must be nurtured– this tying back to the meaning of Tatcha (short for Tachibana) which is a "standing flower" in Japanese.
What skin product does Beyonce use?
What Skin Product Does Beyonce Use? She enjoys using L'Oréal Paris Sublime Bronze One Day Gel and Scott Barnes Body Bling. By working with her, you can be certain that Bey will create iconic makeup looks.
In the case of Tatcha, the brand was launched in 2009 by Tsai, a Missouri-born Taiwanese American who holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Tsai started the company because she had skin problems in her 20s.

Catherine Zeta Jones says the Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream is the product she can't live without. “My grandmother used it,” she said. “It was the only cream she ever bought and it was the answer to everything.” The unique formula has been trusted for over 90 years.
Incorporate this moisturizer into your skincare routine. Scoop a pearl-sized amount of cream with the gold spoon. Massage onto face, neck, and décolletage in upward strokes. Use daily, morning and night.
Think of it as a lazy exfoliation hack. One more bit of magic: you can use these scrubs (almost) as often as your heart desires. Unlike traditional exfoliants, which should generally be limited to once or twice a week use, these are so gentle, they can be used up to twice daily.
Selena Gomez, Meghan Markle, and Jennifer Aniston are all fans of Tatcha, the luxury skincare brand from Japan with products made from pure, kind-to-skin ingredients.
Tatcha is a celebration of the wisdom and wonders learned along the way. Every formula is crafted at the Tatcha Institute in Tokyo, where leading scientists innovate within tradition: balancing timeless Japanese botanicals with proven clinical ingredients to work with skin, not against it.
“I really created it to be true to exactly what I use,” she told Byrdie. And in case you're curious about the routine that she supposedly uses, here are the products: Cleanser, exfoliator, toner, hyaluronic acid serum, vitamin C8 serum, eye cream, face cream, oil drops, and night oil.
All Tatcha products are free of mineral oil, synthetic fragrances, sulfate detergents, parabens, DEA, TEA, and phthalates. We also do not use retinol or salicylic acid in any of our products.
Why is it expensive: Crème de la Mer, world's holy grail moisturiser costs over Rs 2 lakhs. It's not every day you see someone using a Crème de la Mer moisturiser.
Why is Tatcha popular?
Whether you're looking for moisturizer or a gentle cleanser, Tatcha has it all. Their products feel super luxurious on and they work really well too. It's no wonder why so many celebs use their products. If you want to try Tatcha out for yourself, we rounded up some of our favorite products.
Whether you want to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, have more moisturized skin, or clear up redness, the best vitamins to meet your needs include vitamins E, C, A, D, B, and K.
Exercise is one of the best ways to delay aging. And with good reason: too much time sitting (sedentary behavior) is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and an early death. Aerobic activity is any activity that causes you to breathe harder than normal and your heart to beat faster.
The intake of natural vitamin E products helps against collagen cross linking and lipid peroxidation, which are both linked to aging of the skin.

Does Tatcha contain hyaluronic acid?
Here at Tatcha, we treasure the nourishing and hydrating ingredient and it can be found in a bevy of our bestselling favorites. The Dewy Skin Cream, The Dewy Serum, and The Rice Wash all contain a significant amount of hyaluronic acid to help leave skin soft, comforted, and deeply nourished.
“When creating Tatcha, our dream was to make a brand that would live for at least 100 years; that dream can come true in our new home with Unilever. We are overjoyed to have found a parent to grow globally with, and to have a purpose-driven partner to ensure we can have a positive impact in our communities as we grow."
Last year, Unilever acquired Tatcha for a reported $500 million.
Oprah Winfrey just announced the release of Oprah's Favorite Things 2022. The 68-year-old is a big fan of Dr. Barbara Sturm's Cleanser, Enzyme Cleanser, and Glow Drops. The combination is how the star “keeps her skin glowing.”
Nivea Skin Firming Hydration Body Lotion
“I use this religiously; it's honestly my favorite lotion on the market,” Markle told Beauty Banter (opens in new tab) about Nivea's body-tightening formula. “It's so affordable, and makes my skin look and feel amazing.
Erno Laszlo for radiant, youthful-looking skin. In fact, the famous dermatologist often created custom prescriptions just for her. Today, you can still shop Erno Laszlo's luxurious skincare products from retailers like Amazon and Nordstrom, including those that Kennedy herself reportedly used.
Is Tatcha clean? Tatcha's products are purposefully formulated without potentially toxic ingredients including parabens, mineral oil, and phthalates. Tatcha is certified Clean at Sephora .
When I asked Tatcha where their products are manufactured, they told me: “All of our skincare formulations are produced in Japan.”
With TikTok and accessible price points on their side, E.l.f. Cosmetics and CeraVe are the top makeup and skin-care brands for Gen Z, according to the results of a new report by Gen-Z media company Kyra.
Oprah's personal favorite—the Glow Drops—are jam-packed with hyaluronic acid, polygonum bistorta root, wild rose extract and purslane to hydrate and plump the skin while also combatting signs of aging.
What Moisturiser did Marilyn Monroe use?
To get her signature on-camera glow, Monroe would apply thick layers of Vaseline or white Nivea Creme under her makeup, while dermatologist Erno Laszlo kept her well stocked in his Phormula 3-9—a reparative botanical balm, specially created to heal a scar of hers—and Active Phelityl Cream, an all-purpose moisturizer.
1. UMA Oils Absolute Anti-Aging Face Oil. “I guess this is my anti-aging secret—this and Botox, if we're being honest,” Ripa told The Strategist.
Protects and Nourishes: Peony flower extract and gardenia fruit extract help address the loss of elasticity and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Why It Works. The clean, kind-to-skin formula of our Violet-C Brightening Serum includes two forms of vitamin C and is stabilized by antioxidant-rich Japanese beautyberry, helping to reveal brighter skin and a more translucent, youthful glow.
It clarifies and refines skin with pure, powerful Japanese botanicals: Japanese wild rose visibly tightens pores and smooths skin texture; Japanese leopard lily helps control excess oil and purify skin by supporting natural skin turnover; and hadasei-3—an anti-aging trinity of green tea, rice, and algae—restores ...
Tatcha The Deep Cleanse is a nice gel cleanser. It's gentle, removes impurities and dirt, is soft and hydrating, and has improved my skin's clarity. It's not helped my skin texture or pores but I'm still happy with the results. It's definitely not the cheapest gel cleanser out there but it's also not a rip-off.
How to use. Scoop a pearl-sized amount of cream with the gold spoon. Massage onto face, neck and décolletage in upward strokes. Use daily, morning and night.
Nothing special for normal/dry skin
It's a very light texture which it didn't find to be deeply hydrating. It felt like a very basic product in a fancy pot, and compared to other moisturizers I wouldn't recommend.
All Tatcha products are free of mineral oil, synthetic fragrances, sulfate detergents, parabens, DEA, TEA, and phthalates. We also do not use retinol or salicylic acid in any of our products.
In addition to brightening the appearance of dark spots, the unique chemical exfoliant visibly tightens pores, reduces redness, and minimizes excess oil.
Can Tatcha make you break out?
Despite my great experience with the moisturizer, Tatcha's Water Cream does still include ingredients such as dimethicone and silicone that can possibly cause breakouts for users.
This product is definitely the epitome of what TATCHA means to me. I would recommend this product to anyone aged 30+ who are starting out in age prevention products, with normal, dry, or dehydrated skin.
Yes, The Water Cream has real flakes of gold to give your skin a beautiful glow. It also has antioxidant properties and helps with ageing.
It's made of ingredients like Japanese leopard lily, which is a plant extract known to control excess oil production without clogging pores, antioxidant-rich green tea and red algae to soothe irritation, and Japanese wild rose, which helps to reduce the appearance of pores.
The rich, moisturizing cream not only plumps hydration levels with hyaluronic acid, but also includes antioxidant-packed Japanese purple rice for a dewy, healthy glow.
